Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Lincoln, NE. You will nurture existing client relationships and provide outstanding customer service while growing market share in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of sales or distribution experience, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with logistics and other teams to ensure seamless order processing.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales, electrical or distribution experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers by phone and email.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client needs and recommend electrical products or solutions.
• Provide pricing and quotes in a timely, accurate manner by phone and email.
• Enter, track, and expedite orders including stock transfers when appropriate.
• Develop and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics to ensure order processing and fulfillment.
• Stay current on industry trends to better serve customers.
• Participate in training to gain product knowledge.
