Qualifications

• 2 years' customer service, sales or distribution experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or computer systems.
• Excellent work ethic; good verbal and written communication skills.
• Cross-functional ability and capability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization; provide excellent internal and external customer service; experience handling escalated requests; negotiation skills.
• Physical requirements: vision, hearing, and the ability to sit for long periods.
