The role combines office-based work with yard activity, involves coordinating deliveries and pickups, handling inquiries, and supporting the field team to ensure safety and satisfaction for our customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience required.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales ability and relationship-building skills.
• Team player capable of working with others and independently.
• Technologically capable with Microsoft Office and CAD/AS 400 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming calls to assist customers with rental needs.
• Process rental transactions including reservations, quotes, and orders.
• Assist walk-in customers and vendors in an upbeat, professional manner.
• Help customers select equipment to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Coordinate loading/unloading with the yard and communicate equipment needs.
