Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. Buckeye, AZ is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to grow revenue through new accounts, suggestive selling and strong client relationships. The role blends office coordination with yard support, about 80% in-office and 20% in the yard.

You will handle rental orders, process quotations, coordinate deliveries, and serve as a link between customers, sales, dispatch and management. A minimum of two years in customer service or inside sales is required, with fluency in

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, logistics, or coordinating activities.
• Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to upsell and identify customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Geographic knowledge of local area; read maps and GPS.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all inbound calls to assist customers with rental needs.
• Process rental transactions: reservations, pickups, quotes, and driver orders.
• Assist walk-in customers, vendors, or applicants professionally.
• Help customers select equipment to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with yard and shop via two-way radio to fulfill orders.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers/equipment to meet requests.
• Escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
