Sunstate Equipment Co. in Peoria, AZ is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through new accounts, upselling, and nurturing customer relationships.

The role involves processing orders for deliveries and pickups, handling telephone inquiries, and serving as the link between customers, sales, dispatch, and management. This position is largely office-based (about 80%) with some yard time, and requires at least 2 years of customer service and inside sales experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service.
• Minimum 2 years Inside sales experience preferred.
• Must identify customer needs via suggestive selling or upselling.

Responsabilités

• Answer and document incoming calls for rental needs and inquiries.
• Process rental reservations and schedules for pickup/delivery.
• Assist walk-in customers and vendors in a professional manner.
• Help customers select equipment and ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with yard and shop via two-way radio for equipment needs.
