Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive relationship management with customers and act as primary contact for orders, pricing, delivery, status and credit issues.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Enter orders accurately, check inventory, and communicate discrepancies or potential delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and maintain up-to-date records.
• Attend plant meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
