Job summary

Pennex, part of the MX Holdings family, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative at our Leetonia, OH location. You will manage the inside sales process, provide price and delivery details, and ensure proactive, courteous customer service for assigned accounts.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing automotive or B2B sales, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. A flexible schedule is available; MS Office and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing automotive or B2B sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP a plus.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales for assigned accounts and provide proactive customer service.
• Provide price and delivery information accurately and timely.
• Enter orders, coordinate with operations on delivery dates, and issue acknowledgements.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and communicate discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in plant meetings as needed.
