Equipment Management Services, LLC is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound calls, web inquiries, and emails for container rentals and sales. You will learn customer needs, recommend rent or buy options, provide fast quotes, and log interactions in the CRM to avoid lost leads.

Responsibilities include prompt lead response, accurate quoting, and closing rentals or sales while coordinating with dispatch to schedule deliveries.

Formación

• Experience in inside sales, call center sales, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Experience converting inbound leads into sales and maintaining repeat customers.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and emails.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound leads by phone, web form, and email and convert them into rentals or sales.
• Ask questions to understand needs and recommend rent or buy options.
• Provide accurate quotes and explain pricing, terms, delivery, and pickup.
• Prepare rental agreements and sales orders and ensure completeness.
• Enter every lead and interaction into the CRM and keep records up to date.
• Follow up on open quotes and unconverted leads until decisions are made.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to confirm availability and schedule deliveries.
• Handle questions and resolve issues to support repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
