Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to be the friendly face of the store, helping customers with product information, offering project guidance, and processing transactions. You’ll provide accurate estimates and ensure customer needs are met.

You will follow up on online quotes, qualify new leads, support Outside Sales Reps, and assist in inventory control. Training is provided, with salary plus commission and uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with building materials is helpful but not required.
