Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative for our San Antonio, TX branch. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, handling quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales-based customer service and 3+ years in inside sales, with a High School Diploma or GED and preferably an Associate’s degree in business or related field.

• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to meet demand.
• Support Outside Sales by managing backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean, professional showroom and promote featured products.
