Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Follow up on leads, estimates, referrals, and sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls to prospective, existing, and inactive customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Explain services, pricing, programs, warranties, and service agreements.
• Convert leads into scheduled services and recurring customers.
• Schedule new and recurring service appointments.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Promote additional services through cross-selling, upselling, and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to support customer satisfaction.
