• Experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels
• Follow up on leads, estimates, referrals, and sales opportunities
• Make outbound calls to prospective, existing, and inactive customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend services
• Explain services, pricing, programs, warranties, and service agreements
• Convert leads into scheduled services and recurring customers
• Schedule new and recurring service appointments
• Process customer payments and maintain records
• Promote additional services through cross-selling and upselling
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
