Zusammenfassung

PMi is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, service technicians, and the sales team. You’ll handle scheduling, inquiries, and documentation with a focus on accurate records and outstanding service.

You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations, process payments, and contribute to customer retention. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and professional communication in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifikationen

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping schedule services, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
