A&C Pest Management is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our pest control office and drive sales. You will be the primary contact for customers, follow up on quotes, and close service agreements while leveraging CRM tools.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• 3-4 years of stable work history.
• Pest control experience preferred but not required.
• Strong phone and communication skills with CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in sales and customer service capacity.
• Identify customer needs and present pest control solutions; close sales.
• Prepare and send proposals using the company CRM and maintain records.
• Source new sales opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
