Job summary

QXO, Inc. is a leading distributor and installer of building products in the United States.

The Inside Sales Representative role supports sales growth by providing product knowledge, handling quotes, orders, and customer relationship development for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers. You'll collaborate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing while delivering an outstanding customer

Qualifications

Front-line customer service and sales experience.
Building materials industry experience a plus.
Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
Strong communication and follow-up with customers and teams.
Willingness to learn extensive product information.

Responsibilities

Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and billing inquiries.
Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
Provide support to Outside Sales team.
Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
