Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotes, order management, and relationship development.

This role is the primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers, assisting with product selection, pricing, and project support. Working with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams, you will ensure orders are accurate and delivered

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Industry experience in construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and management.
• Willingness to learn vast amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
• Work Monday–Friday 7am-4pm and some Saturdays 7am-11am.
