QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Ocala, FL to deliver outstanding customer service, generate quotes, manage orders, and support project needs. You will work closely with contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers to assist with product selection and pricing.

Qualifications

• Previous front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, order management, and customer relationship development.
• Serve as primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers for product selection, pricing, and order processing.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
