Job summary

Woodgrain, a premier millwork company with locations across the United States, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support the branch’s sales efforts, quote customers, and promote the building materials program.

You will convert inbound inquiries into sales, overcome objections, prepare quotes and sales orders, and maintain strong relationships with customers while coordinating delivery dates and schedules.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.
• Prepare quotes, sell and promote building materials.
• Coordinate outbound sales calls per plans.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Estimate delivery dates and update customers.
• Resolve customer problems including warranty service.
