Express Employment Professionals – North Seattle, WA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work in Seattle (Ballard area). The role involves handling calls and emails, supporting quotes and orders, and maintaining accuracy in the POS system.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a busy, family‑owned business. Pay ranges from $27 to $35 per hour with business hours Monday–Friday and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail sales is preferred.
• Experience selling industrial products is helpful but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interaction with customers and teammates.
• Team-oriented collaboration and accuracy in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Respond to inquiries on products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Support the Outside Sales team with quotes and orders.
• Enter quotes and orders accurately into the POS system.
• Review open or stale orders and follow up on quotes.
• Assist other departments, including quoting, pulling or creating orders, or credits.
