Job summary

Pavingstone Supply is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Engagement Representative for Ballard/Seattle, WA. You will assist customers at the sales counter, prepare quotes, and help homeowners and contractors select products for their projects.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Saturday schedule. Pay starts at $25+ per hour DOE, with opportunities for growth in a locally owned company known for service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and material takeoffs
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions
• Help customers select products for their projects
• Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with contractors and homeowners
• Coordinate with our yard and delivery team to provide an outstanding customer experience
