Job summary

Harley Exteriors in Bothell, WA is expanding its call center and seeks an Inside Sales / Call Center Representative to be the voice of the team. You’ll work with homeowners who expressed interest, build rapport, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our sales staff.

The role requires excellent communication, resilience in a high-volume environment, and a sales mindset. Competitive hourly pay with bonuses, full benefits, and training support are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer interactions.
• Able to stay positive with high call volume and objections.
• Sales-oriented with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable using CRMs and dialing systems.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• Outbound, call center, or collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners through warm leads — no cold prospecting.
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Educate prospects on Harley’s window, door, and gutter solutions in brief format.
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs — dials per day, appointments set, demos issued.
• Overcome objections and maintain a positive, high-energy presence on the phone.
