Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Construction, landscaping, or building materials experience is a plus, but not required we'll teach the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and material takeoffs
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions
• Help customers select products for their projects
• Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with contractors and homeowners
• Coordinate with our yard and delivery team to provide an outstanding customer experience
