Window Nation is recruiting Outside Sales Representatives to conduct in-home presentations of home improvement products in Seattle. You’ll live the brand, guide customers, and ensure top-tier sales and post-sales experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ years selling in a customer-facing retail sales environment; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-qualified leads in a one-call-close environment.
• Listen to customer needs and present options aligned with home improvement goals.
• Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation.
• Explain pricing, next steps, and lead times to customers.
• Act as liaison between customer and post-sale division for financing, changes, or QA.
• Stay informed on industry and market trends and competitor activity.
