Job summary

Mobile Communications America, a leading wireless, data, and security solutions provider, seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Arlington, TX. You will drive new B2B opportunities, support strategic programs, and coordinate with Account Executives to quote, propose, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support within telecom or electronics.
• CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
• Understanding of radio frequency is a plus.
• Experience selling technology or telecommunications B2B is a plus.
• Proven prospecting over the phone for new B2B opportunities.
• Proven sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic customer programs through outreach and qualification.
• Schedule meetings and site assessments; follow up on proposals.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and internal technical teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track opportunities through milestones.
• Research potential customers using market data sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Determine customers' needs and recommend equipment.
