Job summary

Sila Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales to connect with homeowners, uncover needs, and convert conversations into booked appointments. This in-office role rewards performance with incentives.

The candidate will handle inbound calls, follow up on opportunities, and make outbound calls to drive service bookings while collaborating with Dispatch, Operations and field teams to ensure a smooth customer

Qualifications

• Customer service, inside sales, call center or similar experience.
• Competitive, motivated and goal-oriented with performance incentives.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport and overcome objections.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and convert opportunities into booked service appointments.
• Build rapport quickly and identify how Sila can best help the customer.
• Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up on open opportunities, estimates, maintenance needs and inquiries.
• Help fill appointment capacity and maximize bookings.
• Educate customers on services, options, promotions and solutions.
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the appointment.
• Enter customer information and appointment details into ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Operations and field teams for a smooth experience.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Track results and improve performance.
