Five Star Bath Solutions of Northeastern Pennsylvania is seeking a driven Account Executive with inside sales or customer service experience to turn leads into scheduled design consultations. You’ll be the first contact, set appointments, and help drive our sales goals.

The role offers part-time hours with potential growth to full-time, a home-office setup, and training on our sales process. Benefits include health and dental options and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to generate and schedule appointments by phone.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Contact customer leads to generate/schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Own the sales schedule and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Confirm customer appointments prior to meetings.
• Develop ongoing positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Contribute with team to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
