The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or customer service, familiarity with CRM systems, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits, located in Jarrell, TX, near Georgetown.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales software preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.
• Comfort with multitasking and maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Generate quotes and process rental and sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and propose storage, office, and operational solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up on opportunities.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations and branch personnel on orders.
