The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or customer service, familiarity with CRM systems, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits, located in Jarrell, TX, near Georgetown.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ($55,000 GUARANTEED FIRST YEAR + COMMISSIONS)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Austin team. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment rental sales, leasing, construction-related products, light manufacturing, or a similar sales environment. In this role, you will build and maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support business growth through consultative sales efforts. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Generate quotes, process rental and sales opportunities, and support customer account management.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate storage, office, and operational solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, follow-up activities, and opportunity updates.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and branch personnel regarding customer orders and scheduling.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, customer opportunities, and inactive accounts.
• Support customer relationship development and account retention efforts.
• Assist with resolving customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing awareness, and operational understanding.
• Support branch sales initiatives, reporting, and operational communication.
• Maintain professionalism and represent company customer service standards positively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Perform additional duties requested by management.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills required
• Construction, logistics, transportation, storage, or equipment rental industry experience preferred
• First year $55,000 guaranteed income plus commission structure
