Job summary

RealWork is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Account Executive to join our Austin-based sales team. You will be the first and last line of communication, turning prospects into customers and driving top-of-funnel activities with outbound outreach.

Location is in-office in Austin, Texas, with uncapped commission. Base salary is $65K with an OTE of $150K; top performers exceed $200K. You should excel at objections, closing demos, and presenting our platform effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle phone-based outbound sales in SMB, selling marketing, software, or services.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce and CRM systems, sourced leads, cold calls, and email to generate and close new sales opportunities.
• Identify prospective customer needs and highlight solutions offered via RealWork Labs' reputation management and sales platform.
• Overcome objections in a transactional sales cycle.
• Manage pre-sourced leads to set and close product demonstrations.
• Participate in daily sales meetings to share strategies for success.
