Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive outreach and service delivery to pharmacy partners. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, document interactions in Salesforce, and build data-driven reports to identify growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with pharmacists, adherence to Medicare Part B guidelines, and achieving monthly lead targets while leveraging Microsoft tools and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume outbound calling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Hands-on using Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 outreach calls a day to pharmacy partners discussing ADS partnership and Medicare processes.
• Notate call contents in Salesforce, marking progress as successful, failed, or follow up.
• Track and report on leads from outreach to pharmacy stores on a weekly basis.
• Build reports using Salesforce to identify opportunities and growth.
• Assist pharmacists with questions on processing scripts, patient order progress, and ADS backend processes via fax, email, or phone.
• Meet monthly lead goals.
