Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 15 pounds.
• Collaborative office environment with regular communication with outside sales staff and other departments.

Responsabilités

• Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve issues related to orders, including discrepancies, delays, or product availability concerns.
• Coordinate with outside sales and other internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, pricing, and order status.
• Lead Generation and Outreach: research and identify prospective customers, particularly restaurant locations not currently in the customer base.
• Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s products and services.
• Forward opportunities to the outside sales team for further action.
