Qualifications

• One year of experience within an office environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into computer system.
• Communicate with warehouse workers and customers.
• Call customers to confirm orders and provide shipment times.
• Coordinate and track customer orders to ensure on-time shipping.
• Provide proof of deliveries to customers.
• Support sales team with quotes and basic inquiries.
• Place and track purchase orders with vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels against open orders and plan re-orders.
• Maintain cost data on components and packaging.
• Assist warehouse/driver with pulling material for pickups and deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
