Job summary

Allient Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the field sales team and drive efficient operation of the sales department. The role focuses on coordinating the Opportunity Review process and ensuring accurate BOMs for quotes, with the inside contact point for customer inquiries.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, and purchasing to keep pricing, prints, and updates current across projects, enabling timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, accounting, math or engineering.
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and identify defects with improvement recommendations.
• Manage scheduling, filing of documents, and internal communications within the sales team.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries about product or service.
• Provide bill of materials for ORs and reflect changes before production release.
• Communicate status of prototypes and development projects; act as inside contact for RSM on status.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to track prototype components for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and purchasing to keep customers updated on prints and pricing for quoted products.
• Provide target marketing support.
