Job summary

QXO is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator in Texas to support Inside and Outside Sales teams by coordinating customer orders, processing quotations, and ensuring accurate delivery from quote to completion.

You will liaise with customers, sales, operations, vendors, and production to maintain order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and exceptional service in a fast-paced building materials environment.

• Assist with pricing, availability, and order revisions as needed.
