Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support pre- and post-sale activities, manage orders and billing, and coordinate client records. You’ll work with Salesforce billing codes and multiple CRM systems to ensure accurate processing and timely service activation.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, high-volume client interactions, and maintaining precise order details to enable efficient billing and installation workflows.

Qualifications

• One year of project coordination experience and CRM billing experience.
• Three years of data entry and sales support or client service work experience.
• Three years of B2B billing and CRM platform experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical skills: Familiar with multiple CRM, billing and other systems; History of building orders and selecting Salesforce billing code; Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre‑ and post‑sale activities to manage in‑flight proposals and orders.
• Complete records and sales orders by capturing client, contact, product, price and other information.
• Initiate the installation process by creating new orders, service and billing accounts, sales opportunities and client records.
• Determine the serviceability of client locations through assessments of available information.
• Assess the ROI models, identify sites in the design configuration and validate against the ROI.
• Prepare client proposals and contracts in compliance with product requirements.
• Ensure appropriate billing codes are entered into the CRM system.
• Evaluate order details, determine the correct order processing path and categorize.
