Job summary

QXO, North America’s leading insulation distributor and installer, seeks an Inside Sales Support Specialist to empower the Outside Sales team and coordinate between customers, vendors, warehouse operations, shipping, purchasing, and internal departments. You will help process orders, quotations, and project documentation efficiently while driving superior service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred in Business, Sales, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in inside sales support, customer service, sales administration, order processing, or related roles.
• Experience in building materials, lumber, millwork, construction supply, manufacturing, or industrial distribution preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (BisTrack preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Outside Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and related sales documentation accurately.
• Assist Outside Sales Representatives with customer requests, project updates, and account support.
• Support bid preparation, pricing requests, and product recommendations.
