Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative II to support the Southern Ohio market in a fully remote capacity. You will drive solutions selling, manage key accounts, and coordinate with Arrow Advantage teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

The role requires a four-year degree with about five years of related experience, or an advanced degree. Strong prospecting and Excel skills are valued, and occasional on-site training may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a four-year degree and 5 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience.
• Sales, cold calling/prospecting experience preferred.
• STRONG Excel skills if no industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to the assigned customer base, driving Sales Excellence.
• Sell and drive Solutions Selling within the approved account level strategy and knowledge of the market.
• Contact and qualify potential customers for sales and excess potential and assign them to account buckets.
• Work with Arrow Advantage teams for customer referrals.
• Manage account assignments, removals, and database integrity.
• Organize and follow up on account reviews and action items.
