Job summary

ABC Outdoor Solutions (ABCOS), a division of ABC Supply, seeks an Inside Sales/Administrative Support associate to assist branch customers with orders, quotes, and product recommendations. You will answer calls, process invoices, and coordinate with the warehouse to arrange pickups, while delivering friendly, accurate service.

The role requires 1-2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with basic computer tasks including entering orders into the AS400 system.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in inside sales/administration preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and data entry.
• Ability to work in a team and provide customer support.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and provide customer service.
• Enter sales data and process invoices and purchases.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Enter orders into AS400 system.

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am- 5pmABC Outdoor Solutions (ABCOS), an ABC Supply Company and wholesale distributor of aluminum products and building supplies, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales/Administrative Support associate to join its team. ABCOS is proud to be an employee-first company and has received the Gallup Great Workplace Award every year since its inception in 2007.In this role, you will provide administrative support to the branch and assist customers as they purchase the materials and tools they need for a wide variety of building projects.
