Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Mundelein, IL. You will determine customer needs, recommend products, and process orders while coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.

We value effective communication, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset. The role involves following checklists, handling payments, and up-selling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep shelves stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns as they arise.
