Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to deliver world-class service in our Eagan, MN location. You will identify customer needs, recommend building products, and support roofing, siding and window projects with accurate estimates and timely order processing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in window/door estimating and 1–2 years in roofing or siding sales. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, along with proficient computer skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders; accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse; follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked; address and resolve service concerns when they arise.
