Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in sales management in a leadership capacity.
• 3 years of experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 3 years of CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the inside sales team, hires and develops talent, sets goals, and drives performance.
• Holds weekly team meetings and 1:1s to coach and monitor progress.
• Accountable for growth of the team’s portfolio to meet sales objectives.
• Provides coaching during virtual customer visits with sales reps.
