Townsquare Interactive is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant in an in-office Uptown Charlotte role. You will engage with small and mid-sized businesses nationwide, delivering tailored SaaS and digital marketing solutions and guiding the full sales cycle from outreach to close.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing experience (SaaS a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in virtual presentations and consultative selling
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Connect with small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. to understand their goals and challenges
• Conduct virtual consultations and product demonstrations
• Recommend tailored SaaS and digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through close
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up
• Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience
