Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the inside sales center, set department goals, and oversee daily operations. You will recruit, interview, and review staff, and coach teams to reach performance targets.

You’ll drive improvements, ensure effective call handling, and oversee training outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong KPI focus, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for the department and oversee day-to-day operations in the inside sales center.
• Recruit and interview potential new hires and leadership roles.
• Conduct reviews for new hires, veterans, and regional managers.
• Advise training staff and monitor performance of new hires after training.
• Identify areas of improvement and set measurable goals for call center staff.
• Review inbound/outbound calls to ensure effective problem-solving and best practices.
