Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of contact center supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of inside sales representatives through training and coaching.
• Provide daily direction to ensure timely and knowledgeable customer calls.
• Create a high-quality work environment to motivate performance.
• Conduct performance reviews (30/60/90-day and yearly).
• Monitor timesheets, schedules, and approvals.
• Address performance issues per policy.
• Provide regular performance feedback to team members.
• Lead meetings for feedback, coaching, and collaboration.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
