Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in Inside Sales/Call Center management, with strong MS Office skills and a results-driven mindset. This is an on-site role in Ohio with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of Inside Sales/Call Center management experience.
• Ability to analyze and react to reports to improve KPIs.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for the department and oversee day-to-day operations in the inside sales center.
• Recruit, interview, and review new hires and leadership roles.
• Coach staff and monitor performance; drive improvements in KPIs and process efficiency.
• Create territory maps and support payroll and timesheet accuracy.
• Lead meetings, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure timely staff development.
