Job summary

ISSI is a small, family owned company serving the Greater Houston and Gulf coast region. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative to assist customers with product information and order processing, including ecommerce management.

You will manage a large customer base, collaborate with outside sales and service teams, and support marketing outreach via LinkedIn across Texas and Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Good work ethic with initiative.
• Computer competency: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Data entry/ ERP software.
• Experience with B2B, B2C, Ecommerce Management, and LinkedIn.
• Self-motivated, organized, and strong interpersonal communication.
• Gift to gab, enjoys talking with customers, vendors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Account Management of company clients, providing proactive and friendly service to 700+ customers.
• Take phone and email orders, entering and processing them into the company software; ~10–15 calls and 12–20 emails daily.
• Update and manage products on ISSI’s website via the DDI platform.
• Post monthly on LinkedIn for marketing outreach and brand awareness.
• Active order management; review open orders and follow up to ensure shipment.
• Prepare daily customer invoicing for mail, email and portal client invoices.
• Collaborate with outside sales and service department to meet customer needs.
