Job summary

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining process maps, preparing sales documents and quotes, entering data into Web Order Entry System, MAPICs, and Excel, and supporting field sales with calls and information requests.

Qualifications

• Sophomore standing or higher pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or Business related field.
• Willing to travel or relocate to McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania for the summer of 2026.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison to define and document processes and procedures for Sales and Order Management.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of process maps.
• Prepare and maintain Sales documents and quotes.
• Enter data and order information into systems such as Web Order Entry System, MAPICs and Excel.
• Communicate with Sales Representatives to obtain relevant order details.
• Provide customer support by taking phone calls from external customers and our Field Sales team.
• Provide project level support to Sales and Order Management on various projects.
