The role emphasizes coaching, pricing governance, and developing talent across trades, products, and geographies while aligning strategies with other functions. Travel is occasional.

Qualificações

• Requires BS/BA in a related discipline and typically 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrates leadership and team development for large groups.
• Applies advanced knowledge of sales strategies, pricing governance, and operational controls.
• Exhibits strong analytical and decision-making abilities to optimize staffing and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a large inside sales team of 10–20+ associates to meet performance goals.
• Manages staffing models and performance processes to optimize resources.
• Drives sales initiatives and provides coaching to enhance associate effectiveness.
• Tracks pricing overrides and manages margins for governance.
• Develops associates in new trades, products, and geographies to expand capabilities.
• Ensures order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and compliance with standards.
• Partners across departments to align strategies and improve efficiency.
• Uses analytics to monitor performance and guide decisions.
