Job summary

Polymershapes is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Milwaukee, WI to consult with customers and build a robust book of business. You will provide service-oriented solutions for plastics needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to process orders accurately and drive growth.

You will generate quotes, manage orders, and follow up to ensure satisfaction, while leveraging your communication and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in an active, team-selling environment with changing priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BA or BS Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, etc. or substantial equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1 year or more of commercial experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention through exceptional sales and service.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow-up with customers after orders close to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide information regarding products and services to inquiring customers.
• Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts identifying opportunities and needs.
• Collaborate with office and warehouse to ensure orders are processed accurately.
• Work with outside sales to increase market share.
• Assist with inventory management based on customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
