The Inside Sales/ Lead Manager role involves converting incoming prospects into leads. This high-volume pre-sales role requires consistent follow-up with new leads.

What You Will Do

1. Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers
2. Follow up aggressively on “after-hours” or missed calls
3. Use multiple contact methods (text, email, phone) to reach prospective sellers
4. Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process
5. Audit leads to ensure proper follow-up
6. Assign unauto-assigned leads to Real Estate Consultants
7. Follow up on aged leads
8. Provide general sales support

About You

1. Have 2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment
2. Have experience following up on leads and lead qualification
3. Experience working with consumers/homeowners (preferred)
4. Experience in real estate (preferred)
5. Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
